HOW OFTEN SHOULD I GET A SPORTS MASSAGE?
Most people are now aiming to get a sports massage, or dry cupping and dry needling treatment at least once per month, However professional athlete's opt for once per week, If you are training more than 3 times per week then once a month sports massage should be minimum for you, You can have a sports massage before or after training when ever suits you. Sports massage will be a compliment to your training. keeping you stronger for longer
